We collect information necessary to provide our AI hosting services. This includes:

• Account data: Email address and authentication details.
• Usage data: Logs from your AI instances (kept for debugging and security).
• Payment data: Processed by Stripe, we do not store credit card numbers.

2. Data Usage and AI Agents

Each AI agent you deploy runs in an isolated container. We do not monitor the content of your conversations with your agents unless required for technical support or security investigations. Your API keys are encrypted using bank-grade encryption at rest.

3. Hosting and Location

Your data is primarily stored in Germany (Hetzner Cloud) and Ireland (Supabase). By using our service, you consent to the processing of your data in these EU-based locations, which provide high levels of data protection in accordance with GDPR.

4. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your data. You can delete your account and all associated AI instances directly from the dashboard. Once deleted, data is unrecoverable from our active databases.
